30天退款保证

收到足垫后30天内，如果你觉得没有帮助，发电邮到 support@reliefrecoverydirect.com，写上订单号码，我们会全额退款。足垫不用寄回。每个订单可以申请一次。

收到的货有损坏、少件或寄错

收到后7天内，拍照发电邮给我们。我们免费补寄，或全额退款，不用寄回。

取消订单

还没寄出的订单可以取消，全额退款。已经寄出的订单，请收到后按上面的方法申请退款。

退款方式

退款会退回你原来的付款方式。银行一般需要5到10个工作天入账。

If the foot pad does not help you within 30 days of delivery, email support@reliefrecoverydirect.com with your order number and we refund you in full. You keep the pad; there is nothing to send back. One claim per order.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or refund you in full, with no return needed.

Cancellations

Orders that have not shipped can be cancelled for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
