Shipping Coverage We currently ship to all states within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak).

Shipping Partner All orders are fulfilled via J&T Express.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2–3 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee

  • FREE shipping on all orders across Malaysia.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel at jtexpress.my.

Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with J&T Express to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
